First of all, I would like to thank a few rAFC’s and PUA’s that have given me that extra drive to go out and practice the material in streets, malls, clubs and pubs this past week. Thanks guys!
Lately, I have been finding pathetic excuses for not going out and sarge on my own accord. In fact; I found myself reading a lot of material – yet refused to put any of it into practicality. Amazingly enough, I wasn’t even aware of the occurrence till I read a forum 5 days ago of a user requesting to be banned from this site so he could get off his ass and make something of himself.
Commendable to say the least; and it had made me realized that I was doing the same thing and I wasn’t making any progress.
So now – I bring to you a brand new field report after a month of slacking off.
We’ll it begin with last Saturday’s experience. I decided to throw in a different routine on my causal boring weekend afternoons; where I managed to convince my roommate to head down to the main mall in
To say the place was deserted would be an understatement. But where the lack of sets would have been an issue – the hired guns were still up for play. Since I was heading there to buy new cologne anyway (so I could actually use the ‘cologne opener’) I figured I might as well use the opener (with a small twist).
I basically asked the hired gun’s opinion on which colognes she found to be….unique. After all – I wouldn’t want a scent that every other guy has.
After narrowing it down to four different kinds, I basically sprayed two different types on my wrist and asked which she found more desirable than the other. I managed to stack another opener with the ‘tattoo opener’ and managed to make her laugh and hold the conversation for a few minutes.

I ended up running into a HB 8 who was a one of my friend’s roommate, who caught me off guard (she seen my face pop on msn) and I figured since she approached me, I run the ‘who lies more’. She seemed really into the whole scenario and kept throwing her input about ‘That girl should be taught a lesson’ and so on. She started going on about her ex’s experience where she was cheated on and how she got back with him three months ago. (…Is this an IOI…is she revealing about herself?)
I ejected the lone wolf set, and ended up heading back home – with two extra sets underneath my belt. But – oh, it was just the beginning.
When I arrived back – I realized my routine was poorly coordinated. I did nothing physical – except for the military PT (physical training) which has kept me in extraordinary shape; but I lacked anything that was fun and interesting to do. I looked back and realized that I was basically wasting my life away.
I tried to sign up for Tae Kwon Do again; but the training sessions were being closed down as of next week – so I couldn’t progress with that anymore. But I did sign up for a swimming program, and I’m even going to put in some effort on my own part and really tone my body with the cardio from swimming laps. Ever seen a professional swimmer before? They’re in great shape!
And now – now I created two different social circles out of nothing but thin air. A few co-workers and I ended up going to a night club on Wednesday night. It was a very in-discreet club (I wasn’t even aware it existed!) and lacked as a target rich location. The women that were there were surrounded by at least 20 guys (can anyone say sausage fest?) and I didn’t feel at the level to approach a mixed set of that magnitude.
What I did manage to do however is build a stronger foundation on my alter ego – Charisma. I met some new guys and became the center of attention. Which led to a certain discovery of mine…aura is contagious!

I did – however – game a small 2 set that walked by. But guessing having 5 guys surrounding you seems to rid the false time constraint; and they didn’t stay too long.
But - I did win the admiration of the new group. It’s amazing how easy it is to make someone impressed when talking to women. They couldn’t believe that I made them stop; get involved while I was shooting a quick opener and the gay cat routine. Approach anxiety is something guys – especially AFCs- will never admit to.
So I had an important lesson on being the alpha male that night – which strengthen me on my frame when going out on Saturday night (ha-ha…clubbing on a Wednesday night when I have work at 5:30 am was a BAD idea!).
We were out last night; some guys I ran into on Wednesday and a few buddies of mine from work. I’m not too sure how it happened; but a bet was made between me and an AFC buddy of mine. A bet to see who could walk away with a number of go home with another woman. *Grins* I always like a friendly competition…it adds that extra motivation.
I was hitting so many sets left, right and center. I at least gamed four different sets on the streets (one was a mixed set…which didn’t go well, I used ‘the ex-girlfriend’ opener; ironically they JUST broke up) on the way to another club. There I gamed another 3 sets, using different openers on each.
The openers that I’m quite familiarized with are:
1) Who lies more…men or women? – Haven’t used it since
2) Spell opener (throw in a house party) – needs tweaking
3) Tattoo Opener (add a twist and say that the sister feels complied to do it, since her boyfriend already ran ahead and got her name tattooed on his shoulder…what should she do?) – this is a good one, why don’t I use it more often?
4) And my favourite – one that I made myself. I field tested it three time – I find it works well at a club or pub. ‘Hey guys, I want your opinion on something real quick, FTC; but do you think it’s immoral to go to a club/bar/pub? Well my buddy, - insert name if you have to – refuses to go out with us! He used to come out all the time; but after going to a bible study these couple of weeks, he refuses to do so anymore. He believes it’s immoral to go out – due to ‘evil temptations’. What do you think about that?’ - HAHA! Found it!
*Laughs* that opener has gotten me much farther than the other openers; it seems more natural to me…since it is based of a true story. (He eventually out-grew that idea)
So, that’s what – 7 sets in an hour – underneath my belt? I believe my frame is getting stronger; as well as my general technique. And I actually made a girl blush while throwing a light Neg at her yesterday (you have something *brush your nose*….there you got it; anyways – go on with routine)
It should definitely be an interesting weekend next week. I’ll try to update this journal a little more often. After all – I have big intentions; and I can’t just let anyone take the title Charisma away, can I?
